Our Refund Policy

Each Piggery Studio map poster is printed to order. We want you to love your purchase — if something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. Because each map is created specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Wrong City or Style Ordered

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before production begins.
